We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Early Autism Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA therapy and implement evidence-based interventions
- BCBA certification and licensure (if required in the state of practice)
- 1 year of experience working with children with autism and 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Prior BCBA experience
- Master's level degree
- Competitive salary range of $84,000 to $94,000 annually
