Early Autism Services is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Leeds, AL. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with autism, utilizing data-driven treatment approaches to support each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide training and support to staff members on ABA techniques and strategies
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification and licensure (if required in the state of practice)
  • 1 year of experience working with children with autism and applied behavior analysis
  • Master's level degree in a relevant field
