Position Summary

We are in search of a Caregiver who will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with daily hygiene, light housekeeping, running errands, administering medication, and other essential tasks aimed at improving the living conditions of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess qualities of patience, compassion, and dependability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care and support in accordance with the client's care plan.
  • Provide one-on-one supervision to ensure safety and assist clients with daily living activities.
  • Engage clients with companionship and meaningful conversation.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and dressing.
  • Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy routines.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Administer prescribed medications.
  • Assist clients with errands and shopping needs.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with PA state regulations, or the ability to successfully complete the HCA skills and written tests.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and preferably a personal vehicle.
  • Capability to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Ability to follow directions via phone communication in the client's home.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition.
