Job Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits, and providing individualized therapy to improve communication and swallowing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
  • Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop reliable communication and swallowing skills
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or actively pursuing licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working in a SNF or LTC setting
