As a Speech Language Pathologist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients, and we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Administer medically prescribed speech language pathology to restore function and prevent disability following injury or loss of a body part.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records pertinent to patient treatment.
- Educate patients, other health professionals, and family regarding speech therapy on an ongoing basis.
- Observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment, document, and report findings accordingly.
- Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
- One to three years' experience as an SLP preferred.
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
