POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Trainee in Logistics Operations, you will collaborate closely with Department Leadership to gain insights into the various departmental functions and understand how each contributes to the overall success of the Distribution Center.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee and guide Team Members within your designated area
  • Ensure that all products are received and dispatched in the most effective manner
  • Maintain all areas in good condition, organized, and clean
  • Utilize equipment to its full capacity to fulfill orders
  • Enforce all safety protocols, ensuring that training is current and all equipment is properly safeguarded and maintained.
  • Document all safety training and maintenance activities
  • Facilitate open communication with all Team Members regarding safety concerns
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers in your area to achieve objectives
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance existing processes
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field such as Operations Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms
  • Capable of establishing and nurturing effective working relationships
  • Adept at tactfully addressing concerns from guests and Team Members
  • Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
