Physical Therapist I

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist I to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial examinations and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
- Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued physical therapy services as needed.
- Attend conferences, rounds, and meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Current New York State Physical Therapy license.
- 0-1 year of experience in physical therapy.
