Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train a team of bookkeepers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective workflows and processes to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients, collaborating with the team to ensure seamless integration.
  • Review and quality-check the work of bookkeepers, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, including general ledger management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with CPAs and tax preparers.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience with a team of at least 3 members.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets, and cloud-based platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
