This role is responsible for scanning documents using a Falcon machine, ensuring accuracy and quality of the scanned data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the Falcon machine to scan and process work
  • View the accuracy of the work and make necessary adjustments
  • Scans paper documents into a digital format and manage storage on computer systems
  • Quality check completed scanned documents and save them onto the Network Storage System
  • Accurately file name and index scanned documents
