Crescent Services is seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Possess working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations.
- Service Standards: Maintain high standards of service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Bar Operations: Restock bar supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Customer Service: Greet guests in a courteous manner, provide world-class service, and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- 6 months of bartending experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
