  • Possess a thorough understanding of food and beverage laws and regulations.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
  • Engage customers with knowledge of current bar promotions and practice suggestive selling techniques for beverages and food.
  • Restock essential bar supplies, including dry goods, glassware, juices, sodas, and garnishes.
  • Communicate supply needs to management in a timely manner.
  • Deliver full bar service, including a variety of beers and crafted cocktails.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and lounge areas, including equipment and furniture.
  • Regularly clean bar tables and check seating for any spills or messes.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all alcohol and soda dispensing equipment.
  • Accurately record all sales transactions in the register.
  • Provide courteous service to customers, ensuring a world-class experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Prepare the bar and seating area before service begins.
  • Safeguard all bar supplies and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
  • Replace empty kegs and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
  • Conduct opening inventory checks and document any shortages.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a respectful work environment.
