Lifepoint Rehabilitation is a leading provider of acute inpatient rehabilitation services with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Our team of experienced professionals conducts comprehensive evaluations to determine each patient's unique needs, and then creates a multifaceted program using the latest rehabilitation therapies and advanced technologies to support them on their road to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help patients regain their independence
  • Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members, and assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
  • Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
