BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Therapist to lead our Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator team in the Indianapolis market.

We are a network of over 1200 clinics from coast to coast, with 26 brand partners, leading the outpatient physical therapy field. Our Upstream family offers a range of opportunities for clinicians, including mentorship and residency programs, paths to ownership, clinical instructor roles, leadership positions, and community impact through advocacy partnerships.

The ideal candidate will excel at providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs, delivering high-quality care that meets our standards of clinical excellence. They will enjoy collaborating with fellow clinical peers to implement and facilitate new grad mentorship programming, working well with clinicians to collect outcome data and provide strategies, and working with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff.

The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program, with a passion for clinical excellence and the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs
  • Deliver high-quality care that meets our standards of clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with fellow clinical peers to implement and facilitate new grad mentorship programming
  • Work well with clinicians to collect outcome data and provide strategies
  • Work well with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff
  • Ability to provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians
  • Ability to travel (as needed) within the Michigan market
