Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of data engineers and analysts in the design, development, and deployment of data platforms and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met and maintained.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics, and incorporate them into our data strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on data engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving team success.
  • Deep technical knowledge of data engineering techniques and technologies, data transformation patterns, and data governance and security concepts.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
