Compassionate LPN for Residential Care

Hourly pay rate of $38.25.

Role Responsibilities:
As an LPN, you will:
1. Deliver structured routines that encompass house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Facilitate family visitations and manage medication distribution while upholding the dignity and rights of all individuals.
3. Implement Positive Behavior Support and individual programs as outlined in the Individual Service Plans.
4. Utilize de-escalation and crisis management techniques as necessary to ensure the safety of all residents.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN License issued by the state of Massachusetts.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and possession of a valid driver's license.
- TB screening and physical examination required upon hiring, with updates every two years.
