About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team at Swansea Wood School. As a key member of our residential treatment setting, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and therapeutic environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in developing effective coping strategies and promoting a sense of self.
  • Work collaboratively with students to develop life skills, such as cooking, banking, and vocational skills.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive community by modeling effective behaviors and promoting social justice.
