Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer II to join our team. As a Field Engineer II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing project operations, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee project operations, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, estimators, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of same.
- 2+ years heavy civil infrastructure industry experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
