Job Title: Janitor and Light Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor and Light Maintenance Technician to join our team at PharmaCann LLC.

Job Summary:

The Janitor and Light Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, as well as providing support to our maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Assist maintenance personnel with their daily activities as needed.
  • Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Support the maintenance team with preventative maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Perform light snow and ice removal/salting on grounds as required.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, squat, and lift 20 lbs. - 30 lbs. and be on feet the entire shift.
  • Must be able to walk long distances as work is performed throughout all areas of the facility.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be mechanically inclined and trainable.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

The Janitor and Light Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
