Cultivation Specialist

PharmaCann LLC is seeking a skilled Cultivation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation operation, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of plant growth and maintenance from seedling to harvest.

• Perform plant and crop maintenance tasks, including cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming, and pest management.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by removing and disposing of cannabis waste, cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools.
• Assist in collecting data to monitor plant health, soil health, and environmental control systems.
• Meet all required activity performance counts and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Learn and apply basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation procedures.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve cultivation goals set by management.
• Apply pesticides as required.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, and the community.

• High school diploma or equivalent and 0-1 year of experience; must be 21 years old.
• Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, punctuality, dependability, and a team-oriented work ethic.
• Production greenhouse experience is a plus.

• Requires weekend and holiday rotation.
• Schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

Operates in a warm environment with frequent bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to handle a 15-pound backpack sprayer and wear full gear for specific tasks.
