This role reports to the Director of Rehab or designee and may be supported by an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree
  • Licensed in the State of Florida
  • Minimum two years of experience with one year of demonstrated expertise in home care or a related field

Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:

Employees in this position will operate vehicles for business purposes as a non-frequent driver.
