Position Overview

The Corporate Compliance Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of vehicle documentation for both new and pre-owned automobiles. This position is vital in assisting with the preparation of documentation for state and manufacturer audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify that all sales documentation is complete and accurately processed.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail; ensure that all work is meticulous and precise.
  • Gather data and compile daily reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable government and manufacturer regulations.
  • Oversee the management of returned deal documents (Heat Sheet).
  • Serve as a communication link between the Auditing and Finance/Accounting departments.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks as directed by management.
  • Assist with special projects related to compliance as necessary.
  • Help maintain organized file rooms across all dealership locations.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and maintain a tidy workspace.
