Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist to support the academic and social-emotional development of students in our community. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate, guaranteed hours, and weekly pay, as well as medical, dental, and vision benefits, and 401(k) plans with company matching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and screen students to assess cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Write comprehensive evaluation reports, including all assessment results and goals.
  • Collaborate with the IEP Team to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for annual reviews and provide input for students undergoing three-year re-evaluations.
  • Provide consultation to classroom teachers on student progress, behavior management techniques, and developing individualized behavior management plans.
  • Participate in special education meetings to discuss student needs and progress.
  • Complete Medicaid reimbursement activities as required.
Requirements
  • Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts.
  • Experience conducting assessments and writing evaluation reports.
  • Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
