Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly and Installation Specialist to join our team at StageRight - Rogers Group. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for assembling, packing, and installing our products at customer locations or on our plant floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install products according to work orders, prints, and product knowledge.
  • Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
  • Operate hand tools, drills, and rivet machines to assist in assembly operations.
  • Record labor and downtime, documenting all information related to each work order and routing.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company safety regulations.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards for fit, function, and appearance.
  • Collaborate with management, team leaders, and crew members to address safety, quality, production, and inventory issues.
  • Travel to installation locations throughout the US as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Complete certification requirements for TSI, Rogers Athletic, and StageRight installation.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
  • Basic mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and think analytically.
  • Agility and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Prefer three years of assembly/installation experience on Rogers Group product line.
