Job Title: Institutional Engagement Manager

Join Arcadia University, a top-ranked private institution in Greater Philadelphia, as we seek an Institutional Engagement Manager to play a key role in developing and supporting institutional partnerships in the U.S. and promoting Arcadia Abroad study abroad programs to stakeholders nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement national partner acquisition and business development initiatives to recruit and retain new partnerships and grow new enrollment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Strategy and Business Development team and other Arcadia teams to develop processes and campaigns designed to grow targeted market segments.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop, deploy, and oversee targeted outbound institutional lead generation strategies and activities to increase awareness, diversify lead sources, and identify and optimize channels.
  • Develop and implement data-driven lead conversion approaches, nurture streams, and engagement plans using automated communication campaigns, individual outreach, social media, and other communication methods.
  • Provide day-to-day project management and team support for strategic events and initiatives, such as conferences, international site visits, Advisor Days, annual meetings, presentations, and webinars, to increase partnerships nationwide.
  • Maintain a subset of webpages to ensure content representing institutional engagement is current, accurate, and appropriate for partner retention and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Institutional Engagement and IE team on annual planning, forecasting, monitoring outcomes, and KPIs to ensure that regional, national, and annual goals are met.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in the field of higher education, international education, and study abroad is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, personable team player with strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (Ed Cloud preferred), Google Suite/Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling a variety of issues.
  • Contributes to a positive work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
  • Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and leadership skills, whether dealing with individuals or groups, and an ability to work well with different constituents.
  • Ability to learn and apply Arcadia University policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance and reliable judgment.
  • Ability to lift 50-pound boxes with or without accommodation.
