We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Manager to support our service side or backroom product flow function. As an Associate Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support store operations, including receiving, processing, and merchandising donated goods
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with training and development of store staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
