About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Echocardiographer to join our team at Integrated Resources. As an Echocardiographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiograms, setting up and assisting with transesophageal echocardiograms, and working under the direction of a trained echocardiographer to perform exercise and dobutamine stress echocardiograms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform transthoracic echocardiograms to the highest standards
  • Set up and assist with transesophageal echocardiograms
  • Work under the direction of a trained echocardiographer to perform exercise and dobutamine stress echocardiograms
  • Demonstrate increasing competency in delivering care to a primarily adult population
Requirements
  • RDCS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International or completion of RDCS/RCS requirements within 12 months of employment
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent within 90 days of hire
  • One to three years of experience as a cardiac sonographer
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of a two-year Allied Health degree and successful completion of a 12-month CAAHEP-approved School of Ultrasound Technology or Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent education
  • Previous healthcare-related experience, such as CNA, EMT, PCA, or other
