We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AV Installation Specialist to join our team at Sight and Sound Systems Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing smart home, video, and audio systems in residential settings.
Key Responsibilities- Install and troubleshoot smart home, video, and audio systems in residential settings.
- Interact with customers to determine system programming requirements.
- Instruct customers on the safe and proper use of equipment.
- Diagnose and solve issues with audio/visual equipment and installation while ensuring a positive experience for customers and team members.
- One year of professional experience as a technician or helper working on-site in residential settings.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour break.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance.
- Advanced troubleshooting experience with home automation products.
- Control4 Automation Programmer Certification.
- Experience with Lutron Lighting Designer software.
- DCJS license.
- Two years of hands-on residential audiovisual system integration experience.
- Two years of hands-on residential networking experience.
- $28-$35/hr based on experience.
- Overtime is available.
