Job Summary

As a Seasonal Field Geek Squad Installation Helper, you will be part of a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences by installing and setting up consumer electronics in customers' homes. Your role will involve accompanying experienced Agents to customers' homes to assist with the delivery, installation, repair, and removal of electronic devices. You will support your team by performing duties such as integrating and networking consumer electronic equipment, providing product recommendations, and managing inventory and vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on product placement and recommend products, services, and content to customers
  • Work independently or as part of a two-person team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents
  • Process paperwork and payment for services rendered
  • Provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams and complete in-store repairs

Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in consumer electronics sales, operations, or services
  • Able to carry, lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds as part of a team with or without accommodation
