Position Summary

As a Security Personnel, your primary responsibility will be to protect and secure clients across various sectors such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Shift Availability: Morning / Afternoon / Evening

Location: Cleveland, South Carolina

Base Pay: $20.50 per hour

Available Shifts: 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Flex Guards must be available for call-outs, vacations, and sick leave)

Employment Status: Part-Time

Workdays: Sunday through Saturday

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Valid Driver's License required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and executing emergency response actions when necessary.
  • Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct routine and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas. Note that working conditions may differ based on client requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Criminal histories will be evaluated in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local laws and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment. A valid driver's license is mandatory for driving roles.
