As a Studio Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the studio's vibrant atmosphere while stepping in for the Studio Manager when needed. Your ability to balance team strengths and set ambitious goals will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Begin each shift by assessing the day's classes and tasks, ensuring the team is prepared for success.
  • Achieve personal sales targets while motivating the team to meet their objectives.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both members and staff.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads to book introductory classes using established communication protocols.
  • Manage declined payments and follow up on expiring credit cards.
  • Re-engage missed guests and encourage their return to the studio.
  • Process membership freezes and terminations promptly, ensuring proper communication with members.
  • Reconcile all classes during your shift and prepare for the following day's schedule.
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings with the Studio Manager and other team leaders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for member inquiries and concerns in the absence of the Studio Manager, reporting back on necessary follow-ups.
  • Train and mentor new staff members using the training program established by the Studio Manager.
  • Assist in studio marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
  • Support the Studio Manager in organizing and leading monthly team and sales meetings.
