Job Overview: Mars Wrigley is seeking a Principal Scientist for Scientific and Regulatory Affairs in North America - Ingredient and Packaging to protect the business against external regulatory headwinds, enable packaging sustainability and innovation, and ensure food safety.

To achieve this goal, we need an experienced Scientific Affairs Specialist who will lead regional development and execution of SRA strategy to manage regulatory headwinds on ingredients and contaminants.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical area such as toxicology, food chemistry, nutrition, food science, biology, or chemistry. Additionally, 8+ years of experience in scientific and/or regulatory compliance/affairs with food products or related product categories are required. Experience working on large-scale regulatory affairs projects with cross-functional teams and trade associations is also necessary.
