Job Overview

COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this position is set at $18.55, which may vary based on factors such as the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, and market conditions. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions where applicable. This represents Aramark's reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role at the time of posting.

Upon hiring, the employee will be considered in an 'at-will position,' allowing Aramark to adjust base salary and other discretionary payments as needed, based on individual performance, departmental performance, and market factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assigns and schedules daily tasks for the housekeeping team.
  • Monitors the completion of assigned tasks, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Collaborates with management to address any performance issues within the team.
  • Participates in the training and re-training of staff as necessary.
  • Maintains cleanliness in assigned areas in accordance with Aramark and client standards.
  • Ensures a tidy and organized work environment to reduce safety risks.
  • Properly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
  • Follows protocols for waste disposal and manages trash transport to designated areas.
  • Reports maintenance issues through appropriate channels.
  • Adheres to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Safeguards company assets and facilities, ensuring that all areas are secured as required.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in custodial services is required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. The role may also require the use of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
