Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team at Trinity Health Corporation. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide direct personal care to residents in an assisted living facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents in all activities of daily living as prescribed by the facility's philosophies, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Work a night shift schedule with every other weekend, including 11P-7A for 3 weekday shifts and 7P-7A every other weekend.
  • Previous experience in an assisted living facility and/or with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's is preferred but not required.
Requirements
  • Current, valid Georgia LPN license.
  • Ability to work a night shift schedule with every other weekend.
