Responsibilities
  • Provide direct personal care to residents in all activities of daily living, as prescribed by the facility's philosophies, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
Requirements
  • Current Georgia LPN license.
  • Vocational/Specialized Training, Communication skills, HS Diploma.
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required.
