Job Description:

At HexaQuEST Health, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing outpatient and inpatient assessment and treatment for adults, geriatric, infants, and children with various levels of speech, communication, or swallowing difficulties or disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to enable clients to improve their communication and swallowing skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Manage caseloads, prioritizing cases and ensuring successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in Illinois as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
  • Must have inpatient speech, swallow evaluation, and treatment experience.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
