Job Summary

HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide assessment and treatment services to adults, geriatric, infants, and children with speech, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions as required.
  • Monitor client progress, chart case notes, and provide reports as needed.
  • Manage caseload, prioritizing cases, waiting lists, and successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Licensed in Illinois as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in inpatient speech, swallow evaluation, and treatment.
Work Environment

Typically works one-on-one with clients, with parents, family, or other caregivers as required. May work in a multidisciplinary team approach depending on client needs.

Schedule: 30 hours per week.
