Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
  • Diagnostic and Repair Services: Use your technical expertise to diagnose and repair complex equipment issues, working closely with supervisors and other maintenance personnel to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Installation and Replacement of Parts: Dismantle and repair defective equipment, installing new or repaired parts as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Cleaning and Lubrication: Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to prevent wear and tear, ensuring smooth operation and extending the lifespan of our assets.
  • Electrical and Electronic Repairs: Install and repair minor electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Pipe Systems and Hydraulic Equipment: Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, repairing and replacing gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment as needed.
  • Structural Maintenance: Repair and maintain the physical structure of our establishment, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Automated Machinery and Equipment: Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment, such as robots or programmable controllers, to optimize production efficiency.
  • Machining and Fabrication: Set up and operate machine tools, such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines, to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, and fixtures, and tools.
  • Welding and Cutting: Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts, ensuring high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and Experience: Possess knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and welding, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Email, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
