Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Retail Store Manager to join our team at Blue Link Wireless. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store, ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Achieve store sales goals and service performance requirements, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive store culture, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and development.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels, controlling inventory and cash shrink, and ensuring accurate forecasting and replenishment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Sales Advocates, providing coaching and feedback to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead weekly staff meetings, promoting sales and product knowledge, and ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure store operations comply with AT&T and company requirements, maintaining a high level of quality and service excellence.
  • Ability to work in other locations as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure an extraordinary customer experience, delivering personalized service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report to work on-site on a regular, predictable, and timely basis, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.

Requirements

  • Two plus years of retail wireless management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry, with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and wireless retail systems, with the ability to communicate complex information to team members and customers.
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel.
  • Ability to accept and implement verbal and written feedback, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
