Position Title: Principal IdAM Architect

Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL

Remote/Telework: Not available for this position

Clearance Type: DoD Secret

Shift: Day shift (Mon-Fri)

Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time

Key Responsibilities:

The Principal IdAM Architect will play a crucial role in supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) under the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The selected candidate will be responsible for:


• Leading the design and implementation of identity and access management solutions in alignment with the Zero Trust Security Model.


• Developing and executing successful strategies that meet client objectives and drive desired outcomes.


• Overseeing the deployment and maintenance of PingIdentity PingFederate, ensuring seamless integration and enhancements.


• Facilitating identity management processes for Cloud AWS and Microsoft EntraID.


• Supporting Microsoft Directory Services, including Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS).


• Managing DoD/NSS Public Key Infrastructure tasks, such as Certificate Management and Authority.


• Implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and contributing to projects that shape the future of our organization.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a combination of education and experience, including:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IdAM).

• At least 3 years in management or leadership roles.

• Proven experience supporting the IRES contract.

• A strong understanding of business requirements and technical expertise in identity management systems.

• Proficiency in IdAM solutions, including PingIdentity PingFederate, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and Cloud Identity Management.

• Ability to work independently on complex tasks while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

• An active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
