Department Overview

The Radiology department at Children's Minnesota offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging services, including sedated and nonsedated procedures for pediatric surgery, disease, or injury. Our team provides 24-hour consultation services, education, and outreach programs to support the needs of our patients and families.

Position Summary

This Lead position plays a critical role in the Radiology department, serving as an expert and leader on the designated team. The successful candidate will provide guidance, training, and instruction to team members, ensuring alignment with Children's Minnesota standards. Additionally, the Lead will communicate organizational initiatives, safety protocols, and goals to the team, ensuring they are on track to meet deadlines.

  • Assist in hiring and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement tactical initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements
  • ARRT Registered
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Graduate of AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Two years post-certification experience as a registered radiological technologist
  • ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
