About the Role:
AMIkids is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Therapist to join our team. As a Family Therapist, you will provide community-based intensive counseling services to youth and their families utilizing the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Model.
This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our youth and their families. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive support and guidance to help our youth achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide community-based intensive counseling services to youth and their families utilizing the FFT Model
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive support and guidance to help our youth achieve their full potential
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each family
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to provide additional support and resources to our youth and their families
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related Human Services field
- Ability to meet professional standards, licensure/certification and/or contract requirements
- Flexible to meet family availability including early mornings, late evenings and/or weekends
- Ability to travel
