- Experience in BPM (Appian, JBoss BPMS, Activiti, Oracle, or IBM BPM, Pega, etc.) and Splunk.
- Knowledge of Appian software design, web development, and design languages.
- Understanding and hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience providing support for production and proficiency in source control with GIT and awareness of GIT branching strategies.
- Familiarity with Oracle and ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card Holder and pass a background investigation.

- Understanding of Docker/Openshift/Kubernetes or other containerization platforms.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-starter with strong self-management skills.
