We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapy Specialist to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a Medical Dosimetrist, you will play a critical role in planning and delivering radiation therapy treatments to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform isodose treatment planning using computer and/or manual computation to determine the optimal treatment technique.
- Work closely with Radiation Oncologists and Medical Physicists to plan radiation therapy treatments.
- Interface with information services and demonstrate a clear understanding of computer applications and systems related to Radiation Therapy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science or equivalent.
- Graduate of a medical dosimetry program with a minimum of 2 years of clinical practice.
- Experience with RayStation treatment planning system and Elekta Mosaiq system.
- National Certified Medical Dosimetrist - Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board upon hire.
