Responsibilities- Assess and plan care for patients in the NICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Diploma in Nursing or Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program
- BSN preferred
- One year of experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program
- One year of NICU experience strongly preferred
