We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality user interfaces for modern rich internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for complex web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver projects
- Write clean, modular, and efficient code using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness on mobile and desktop devices
- Work closely with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Develop unit tests and automated testing scripts to ensure quality and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes
Requirements
- 6-8+ years' experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular
- 3+ years of experience with Angular (version 15 and above) with a clear understanding of directives, controllers, services, route guards, modules, and TypeScript
- Strong expertise with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and writing cross-browser compliant code
- Familiarity with responsive designs and at least one CSS framework (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI)
- Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript DOM manipulation techniques
- Familiarity with newer specifications of Ecma-Script (ES6)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and respective UI integration
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Grunt, Gulp, etc.
- Familiarity with any one of the modern JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks
- Hands-on experience with writing extensive unit tests (Jasmine, Jest, Mocha) using automated TDD tasks
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Creating configuration, build, and test-scripts for Continuous Integration environments
- Should have good understanding in ADA WCAG Compliance
