About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at SERVPRO of Bath/Brunswick - Belfast/Camden/Rockland. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to provide exceptional customer service and restore homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and teammates, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and record information daily, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our systems.
  • Perform administrative duties, including preparing correspondence and data entry.
  • Assist other departments as needed, demonstrating a proactive and team-oriented approach.
  • Participate in miscellaneous projects, applying your skills and expertise to drive results.
Requirements
  • 1+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience, preferably in a service industry environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary systems.
  • Minimum of HSD/GED.
  • Able to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
