Science Educator

Envision Education is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join our team of educators at our four Bay Area middle and high schools. As a Science Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic vision of our students, focusing on ethnic studies, content-specific standards, and college/career readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with our network curriculum, ensuring a strong sense of community and belonging in the classroom.
- Participate in regular professional development and coaching cycles to enhance your teaching skills.
- Leverage student-facing data to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
- Serve as an advisor and teach daily advisory curriculum, building strong relationships with students and families.
- Collaborate with grade-level and department teams to drive academic excellence.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
- A valid California Teaching Credential or out-of-state equivalent, with the ability to transfer required.
- Demonstrated success working with parents and families, particularly Black, African American, Latine/a/o/x, and immigrant families.
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a total compensation package of $62,424 - $100,604, depending on years of aligned experience and credentials. Additional supplements and leadership stipends are available for eligible candidates.
