About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CDL-A Delivery Driver to join our team at McLane Company. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely delivering and unloading product from our distribution centers to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination on public highways and deliver products to our customers
  • Unload products from the trailer and ensure accurate inventory counts
  • Participate in pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle condition and prevent accidents
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth delivery operations

What We Offer

At McLane Company, we believe in providing our drivers with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Our drivers can earn an estimated $75,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Additionally, we offer:

  • A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified candidates

  • A 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days of employment
  • Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, and tuition reimbursement program

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record
  • Have at least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience (preferred)
  • Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
