We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita's Eden Prairie Dialysis Center in Eden Prairie, MN. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinical teams.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, dialysis initiation and termination, and documentation of patient treatments
- Formulating dialysis plans, verifying safety measures, and administering medications or other treatments as needed
- Analyzing patient assessments, laboratory data, and communicating concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Assessing patient and family learning readiness and providing education on renal disease, dialysis treatment, and medical regimen
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program
- Experience in dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is preferred, but not required
- Certification as a Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus
