Lead a Team of Developmental Therapists

Cortica is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developmental Therapies Site Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of therapists in providing exceptional care to children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of developmental therapists, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to Cortica's clinical model.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, therapists, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or doctorate in a related field.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Music Therapist, or Physical Therapist in California.
  • 3+ years of experience as a clinician, with a strong desire to grow leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, improving processes, and driving patient outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality.
